The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have: Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial ground-up construction Proven track record managing retail projects from site work through completion Willingness to travel extensively across Georgia and surrounding states Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret construction documents and site plans Committed to safety, quality, and schedule adherence What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience $500/month truck allowance + mileage reimbursement $110/day per diem while traveling Health insurance coverage Retirement plan with company contribution 2-3 weeks paid time off annually Option to travel home biweekly
