Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up retail projects, including site work
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to ensure timely and quality execution
Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and budget compliance
Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to report progress and resolve issues
Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and compliant with local regulations

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have: Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial ground-up construction
Proven track record managing retail projects from site work through completion
Willingness to travel extensively across Georgia and surrounding states
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and site plans
Committed to safety, quality, and schedule adherence

$500/month truck allowance + mileage reimbursement
$110/day per diem while traveling
