Traveling Superintendent - Retail and Gas Station Ground Up

Lead and manage construction projects for gas stations and retail properties from start to finish.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues promptly.
Prepare and maintain daily reports and documentation regarding project progress.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Travel as required to project sites to oversee operations and provide hands-on support.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Gas Station and Retail construction should have:
Proven experience in construction management, particularly in gas station and retail projects ground up projects.
Open to travel throughout GA and neighbouring states
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate project tasks effectively.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards within the construction industry.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
