Traveling Superintendent Duties :
Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
Maintain OSHA requirements
Mentor less experienced construction professionals
Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
Travel required

The Successful Applicant
Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications:
Ground Up Commercial Construction project experience
Retail / Automotive experience is most desirable but not required
Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
Ability to create strong relationships with clients
