We are a General Retail Contractor based in Fort Worth, TX that service retailers nationwide with tenant finish-out, remodels, and special projects.

We are seeking a Superintendent with experience in retail construction to join our team!

Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from start to completion while onsite. Supervise onsite personnel, vendors, and subcontractors Interface with project managers, inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

Qualifications: Must be willing to travel; 100% travel position . Previous relevant experience: tenant finish out or remodels. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong leadership qualities. Deadline and detail-oriented.

Additional Requirements: Must maintain a valid drivers license and automobile insurance on their work vehicle Must have own tools to perform minor carpentry, millwork and fixture installations Must pass background check including drug screening
