Job Description

Oversee all phases of ground-up and renovation construction projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings. Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project closeout and ensure client satisfaction. Report project status and updates to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing ground-up and renovation construction projects, preferably in Big Box retail or commercial sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, solution-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction documentation. Skilled in identifying and resolving project risks and challenges. Comfortable with regular travel to job sites nationwide as required by project demands. Committed to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Familiarity with safety regulations, permitting, and construction best practices.
