We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Mental Health Therapist , an independently licensed professional passionate about eating disorder treatment and willing to travel extensively. This full-time position is suitable for clinicians who appreciate a dynamic work environment, collaboration, and the opportunity to positively impact various Monte Nido treatment centers. Extensive travel to cover clinical needs, ensuring consistent client care. All travel expenses fully covered, with additional support for obtaining and maintaining state licenses. Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy in residential and day treatment settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, dietitians, and fellow therapists. Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally responsive care for clients facing eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Maintain thorough documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards. Travel to Monte Nido programs across the U.S., focusing on California, Oregon, and New York, with the potential to obtain additional state licenses provided by Monte Nido. Adapt to and uphold Monte Nido's clinical philosophy and treatment model, ensuring high standards across all locations. Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD). Independent licensure for psychotherapy practice is required (must be fully licensed, not pre-licensed). Licensure or eligibility in California, New York, or Oregon . Minimum of 2 years clinical experience , preferably focused on eating disorders, trauma, or similar mental health areas. Willingness and capability to travel up to 75% of the time (all travel and lodging costs covered). Must be flexible, collaborative, and dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care. A desire to learn, implement, and consistently apply the Monte Nido approach to maintain clinical integrity across all locations.
