Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school settings. Serving PreK through 8th grade students, you will manage a caseload of approximately 55 students across 2-3 school sites. This role involves travel within the Lancaster, CA area, providing diverse experiences across multiple school environments during the 2026/2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students from PreK to 8th grade.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed caseload documentation and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Travel between 2-3 school sites to provide therapy services.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children from PreK to 8th grade.
• Ability to manage a caseload of around 55 students effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple school sites.

Schedule:

• Full time, Monday through Friday.
• 37.5+ hours per week.
