Collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations. Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
