Job Details

  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,420 - $2,600 (competitive travel pay)
  • Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (May 4, 2026 – August 3, 2026)
  • Shift: 4 x 10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:30); variable days of week
  • Call: 1–2 weeknights/week (late call 17:30–21:00), 1–2 Saturdays/month & occasional holiday call (07:00–17:30)
  • Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Lab — Cath Lab Angio Tech / Cardiovascular Tech / RCIS

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cath Lab or similar interventional radiology/cardiology setting
  • Active Oregon Radiologic Technologist license OR proof of application and completed fingerprints
  • Credential: ARRT (Radiography) with ARRT-R OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Experience with Epic charting system required
  • Ability to float within site and across the health system as needed
  • Complete assigned education and compliance modules within one week of assignment start
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from any Legacy facility (locals not accepted)
  • No felony convictions
  • 1 professional reference (Charge, Supervisor, or Manager) within the last 12 months

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with cardiac stent placement, diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, and interventional procedures (PCI/PTCA)
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate specialized cath lab imaging and monitoring equipment
  • Support physicians during percutaneous coronary interventions and angioplasty procedures
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias and respond per ACLS protocols
  • Maintain sterile technique, isolation precautions, and proper PPE use
  • Document procedures, assessments, and patient care accurately in Epic
  • Participate in late call, weekend, and holiday call rotations as scheduled
  • Float to other units or sites as requested to support patient care
  • Complete required training and compliance modules on time
