About The Position

Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist
Educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures
Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications: Completion of accredited PTA program
Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
NJ PTA licensure/certification
First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommended
Job details: Pay: $1,174.54 - $1,210.87 / week
