Job responsibilities:

Support medication reconciliation workflows and clarify orders through appropriate channels. Review and process medication orders according to established policies and safety checks. Follow infection prevention and hazardous handling procedures where applicable. Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts. Support safe medication administration practices through labeling and verification steps.
