Job responsibilities:

Review and process medication orders according to established policies and safety checks. Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts. Monitor for potential medication interactions or dosing concerns and escalate as needed. Provide general medication information to clinical teams within scope and policy. Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required.
