Job responsibilities:

Monitor for potential medication interactions or dosing concerns and escalate as needed. Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts. Document interventions and communications in the pharmacy system as required. Prepare and dispense medications within scope and maintain accurate documentation. Support safe medication administration practices through labeling and verification steps.
