Job responsibilities:

Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record. Work 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts. Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs. Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
