Tenet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at

19:00 – 07:30 (12-hour night shifts) Hours:
Standard contract, 36 hours per week Responsibilities
Deliver specialized critical care
to pediatric patients with complex medical and surgical conditions. Perform comprehensive assessments
and respond rapidly to changes in patient status. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions
in accordance with hospital protocols. Educate families
on patient conditions, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions. Ensure compliance
with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices. Minimum Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license
in good standing. 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience
in an acute care setting. Strong clinical assessment skills
with the ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication
and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Travel nursing experience
in PICU or critical care units. Advanced certifications
such as PALS and ACLS. Adaptability
to diverse patient populations and clinical environments. What We Offer
