Provide home care to patients with a vast array of medical diagnoses, i.e. wound care/wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, PICC line care/dressing changes, nephrostomy tubes, ostomy care, blood draws / venipuncture,diabetes management, CHF Management (Congestive Heart Failure).

Must be comfortable practicing independently in all types of patient homes

Travel is required – as assigned, estimated 50-75 miles per day, Will service Ulster and Dutchess Counties.

Mileage reimbursement

Required:

NY RN License

BLS

1-3 yrs+ home care experience 

1 yr+ recent clinical experience

Ability to travel & a working vehicle in good condition 

Preferred:

HCHB application experience
