Job Description & Requirements

RN – Home Health 

Requirements:
• Recent Home Health experience (2023–2024) – required
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience – required
– May consider without HCHB at reduced rate for first 2 weeks if manager agrees to train
• OT must be pre-approved in writing by Administrator
• 2-week cancellation policy
HomeCare HomeBase experience required

Coverage Area:
Blue Bell and surrounding areas
May float within a 60-mile radius of the facility address
May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
