This contract pays approximately $9,498/month gross.

Assignment details:

• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift length: 12 hour shifts
• Hours per week: 36
• Start Date: ASAP

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain clear communication during handoffs to support continuity of care.
• Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
• Document observations, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.
• Implement safety measures and follow established protocols for risk assessment and escalation.
• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
