Assignment details:

Job responsibilities:

• Promote a therapeutic environment using neutral, patient-centered interactions.
• Perform mental status assessments and monitor behavioral health symptoms over time.
• Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
• Implement safety measures and follow established protocols for risk assessment and escalation.
• Coordinate care activities with the interdisciplinary behavioral health team.
