Job responsibilities:
Provide patient education related to the plan of care and postpartum or prenatal needs as applicable.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support maternal-newborn care when applicable.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
Support safe handoffs and transitions of care with clear clinical updates.
