Job responsibilities:

Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Work 36 hours per week with 13-hour shifts.
