Job responsibilities:
Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
Work 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
