Job responsibilities:

Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Administer ordered therapies and monitor for adverse reactions or changes in condition. Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up instructions, and self-management strategies.
