Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with variable days

• Perform diagnostic imaging scans on high-risk pregnancies from 1st to 3rd trimester

• Conduct specialized sonography procedures including NT, biophysical profiles, detailed level II scans, twins/triplets, umbilical artery doppler, middle cerebral artery doppler, and transvaginal scans

• Produce quality images for physicians and healthcare providers for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and prevention

• Handle patient ratios of 8 during day shifts

• Work with adult patient population in Maternal-Fetal Medicine department

• Epic charting system experience preferred

• Travel experience required with 50-mile travel requirement

• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing

• 7-year work history verification required

• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)

• Required certifications: ARDMS FE, ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS (AHA)

• Minimum 3 years experience as OB ultrasound technologist required

• Graduation from accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or ARDMS certificate

• Skills required: 1st-3rd trimester scanning, amniotic fluid index, fetal anatomical survey, high risk OB, nuchal translucency screening
