Join a hospital in Roswell, GA as an experienced Mammography Technologist. In this role you will perform specialized breast imaging examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. You will work within a multidisciplinary imaging team and support quality control, MQSA/ACR compliance, and patient-centered care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT (Mammography) certification required upon hire.
• ARRT (Radiography) certification required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Mammography.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MQSA/ACR quality control requirements and experience performing mammography QC tests (phantom, compression-pressure/thickness, flat field, calibration, repeat analysis, DICOM/printer tests).
• Familiarity with Mammography Tracking Systems and PACS/RIS workflow; ability to complete and document studies in RIS prior to PACS submission.
• Ability to produce diagnostic-quality images and maintain a first-time acceptance rate consistent with facility expectations.
• Must be dependable, flexible with work hours to meet department needs, and able to assist other technologists and modalities when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Preferred: prior hospital-based mammography experience and familiarity with FDA/MQSA EQUIP program.
