A dynamic opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available with assignments in elementary, middle, and high schools. This travel position offers a chance to work across various school settings, providing essential therapeutic services to students in need of speech and language support. Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students at different educational levels. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress. * Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations. * Adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student populations and learning environments.
Qualifications/Experience:
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. * Experience working with children in elementary, middle, and high school settings. * Strong knowledge of speech and language development and relevant intervention strategies. * Ability to travel to multiple schools within the Lowell, MA area. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility and adaptability to varying school schedules and environments.
