A dynamic opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available with assignments in elementary, middle, and high schools. This travel position offers a chance to work across various school settings, providing essential therapeutic services to students in need of speech and language support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students at different educational levels.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations.
- Adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student populations and learning environments.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children in elementary, middle, and high school settings.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and relevant intervention strategies.
- Ability to travel to multiple schools within the Lowell, MA area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to varying school schedules and environments.
