Overview T-Mobile - Retail Sales Representative - Mccarthy Ranch at MobileOne LLC. Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $26.00/hr. Pay Sales $18.20 - $25.65 / hour. The pay range above represents hourly wage and potential commission. Responsibilities Assisting and selling to customers, providing an exemplary customer experience and building loyalty by: Approaching customers with confidence and assessing their needs and concerns by building a genuine relationship. Building trust by answering questions, educating, and offering solutions that pave the way for a T-Mobile sale. Assessing and recommending the right plan for the customer and guiding them through the onboarding process. Finding the right-fit for customers based on phone, mobile technology, and rate plan package. Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion. Becoming skilled through training to be an operational, customer service, and sales expert: Receiving merchandise, totaling bills, accepting payments and making change in a retail T-Mobile Store. Performing opening and closing duties. Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue and profit targets. Learning and memorizing T-Mobile's products and services lineup. Utilizing training to become a Mobile Expert. Supporting the team and keeping the store organized with up-to-date knowledge of T-Mobile technology. Consistently acting in the best interest of the company. Qualifications Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; retail environment a plus. Authorization to work in the United States. Pass a pre-employment background check (qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered in a manner consistent with all laws). A high-school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.
