Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, solution-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience? Join our team as a Title and Registration Clerk and play a key role in helping riders make their motorcycle dreams come true—especially during the world-famous Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, where we sell up to 1,000 bikes in just a few weeks!

About the Role:

As our Title and Registration Clerk, you’ll be responsible for:

• Registering motorcycles for our in-state clients and assigning titles for out-of-state buyers.
• Working closely with our sales team to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Guiding and coaching sales staff on titling procedures and state-specific requirements.
• Providing post-sale support to our clients to ensure a smooth title and registration process.
• Solving problems creatively and proactively, even in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

 

This role is essential to the customer journey—you're the final step in making a rider’s dream come true!

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with titling and registration (automotive or powersports a plus!)
• Strong communication and teaching skills—you’ll be helping others understand the correct processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A calm, confident approach even under pressure—especially during the Sturgis Rally sales rush.
• Team-player mentality with a willingness to jump in and problem-solve creatively.
