Lingo Staffing is Now Hiring for a Tire Mounting Warehouse Associate in Akron, OH Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Overtime as Needed) Days: Monday – Friday Pay: $18/hr Short Description: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Tire Mounting Warehouse Associates for a demanding and fast-paced role in Akron, OH. This position involves daily fulfillment of tire mounting orders, handling tires of various sizes, and operating material handling equipment. Candidates must be mechanically inclined, physically capable, and willing to work as part of a team in a warehouse distribution environment. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up) preferred Ability to operate hoists, shrink-wrap machines, bar code scanners, and mounting equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross-train across departments Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 75 lbs for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be willing to comply with a national background check
