What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress in the EHR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts Support clients through empathetic, ethical, and recovery-focused care Maintain compliance with agency, state, and federal standards Qualifications Associate Licensure (Utah): CSW, ACMHC, or AMFT OR Full Licensure (Utah): LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check.
