The Retail Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in developing, driving, and supporting The North Faces retail strategy through strategic planning and seasonal execution. You will lead cross-functional strategic planning, decision-making, and execution to align the brands presence in the marketplace and support growth while maintaining global brand consistency. Strategize and organize retail leadership meetings Manage the ideation and completion of projects Collaborate with retail stakeholders to ensure regional and global strategy alignment What do you need to succeed?
