What will you do? The Retail Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in developing, driving, and supporting The North Faces retail strategy through strategic planning and seasonal execution. You will lead cross-functional strategic planning, decision-making, and execution to align the brands presence in the marketplace and support growth while maintaining global brand consistency.
Strategize and organize retail leadership meetings
Manage the ideation and completion of projects
Collaborate with retail stakeholders to ensure regional and global strategy alignment
What do you need to succeed? We value diverse skills and experience. For this role, a minimum of 5 years of professional achievement in retail or related fields is required, with a focus on project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning. Formal education is a plus but not mandatory.
Deep understanding of retail business and marketplace management
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions
Preferred skills Understanding of how retail teams align with long-term and short-term goals
Experience building cross-functional strategies with product, marketing, and creative teams
Ability to build positive relationships across organizational levels

Are you in? Hiring Range: $55,296 - $69,120 annually. Additional incentives may include bonuses or commissions. Benefits details are provided during the hiring process.
