Overview We are seeking a Walmart Retail Media Manager to join our agency team, leading multi-brand advertising strategy and execution across Walmart Connect, Seller Central, and Walmart DSP. This role will be the client-facing expert responsible for driving growth for our brand partners, from setting high-level strategy to executing programmatic campaigns. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional agency teams and serve as the go-to authority on Walmart’s retail media solutions. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners regarding Walmart advertising performance and strategy, owning the end-to-end advertising strategy for multiple brands across Walmart Connect and DSP Develop tailored Walmart advertising roadmaps for each client, aligning with their category, goals, and growth stage Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling way Identify growth opportunities within Walmart’s marketplace, guiding clients on assortment, promotions, and competitive positioning Oversee Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns for multiple brands Conduct keyword research, audience building, bid adjustments, and budget allocation across accounts Build strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention Track competitive benchmarks across Walmart categories to guide client strategy Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of digital advertising experience, with deep expertise in Walmart Connect and Seller Central 2+ years of DSP/programmatic advertising experience, including Walmart DSP Agency background or direct experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously Strong knowledge of e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS) and ability to translate performance into business outcomes Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized Previous experience working on the supplier side or for an e-commerce agency Familiarity with retail media management platforms such as Skai Advanced data skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) Seniorities Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Advertising and Consulting Industries Retail and Advertising Services
