About the Position As a Temporary Retail Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service at the point of sale and through customer interactions. You will facilitate quick service transactions while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services, operate cash registers, scan items, and accurately process various payment methods.

Ensure all point of sale and customer service standards are executed accurately and efficiently, consistently delivering friendly, quick, and professional service.

Achieve or exceed personal performance targets, including credit and loyalty program goals.

Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent execution of merchandise handling and point of sale processes.

Assist in training new team members on company processes, including best practices, point of sale procedures, and utilizing the available resources while upholding store standards.

Contribute to daily operational processes including register balancing, change order management, and supply replenishment.

No prior retail experience is necessary.

Must be at least 16 years old.

Must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred: Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
