As a Temporary Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our store team during peak sales periods. Under direct supervision, you will consistently deliver outstanding guest service as part of our sales culture known as the Circle of Life, which emphasizes our buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. Engage with customers, assist in sales activities, and maintain store operations during the busy holiday season. Key Responsibilities: Deliver best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs. Support a welcoming shopping environment by keeping the store clean and organized. Assist in stocking and arranging merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible. Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed sales and performance objectives. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to a store keyholder when necessary.
