Fabletics is seeking motivated Part-Time Store Associates for our new location at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA .

This role reports to the Store Manager.
How you’ll play to Win
Embody our culture and assist customers in living their passion.
Engage customers by sharing knowledge about our products.
Participate in store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising to enhance shopping and purchasing.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager for business improvement.
Exceed store objectives related to performance and sales.
Achieve personal sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and report issues.
Assist with unpacking inventory (boxes weigh 10-30 lbs).
What you bring to the team
At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
Knowledge of active lifestyles and healthy activities.
Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Familiarity with retail POS and inventory systems.
Self-motivated and good communicator.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to move, stand, and reach regularly.
Must be 18 or older.
Availability
Willing to work onsite with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Benefits
Hourly pay: $16.50 - $17.00 based on experience.
