Technical Pm Strong Communicator

This is high priority this person will be speaking to franchises, stakeholders, presenting to them and also CIO, COO, CEO. Experience with vendor management and deployment of new initiatives. This team is not UI, software development, these PMs don't really need to have a strong technical background because they relay on all the vendors for that.
