About the Role Were looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Team Support Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly and our teams focused on what they do best. In this role, youll provide day-to-day support to functional leaders and HR across a variety of tasksfrom scheduling and documentation to coordination and communication. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being helpful, learning new things, and stepping in wherever needed. Youll be a central resource for the teamsomeone everyone can count on to get things done with care and professionalism. What Youll Do General Team Support Assist department leaders with scheduling meetings, organizing files, and tracking tasks Help coordinate recurring team processes, events, or communications Support project logistics and follow-upsno two days are the same HR & People Operations Assistance Help with scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and preparing new employee materials Maintain accurate records, help track training/compliance needs, and support engagement activities Office & Administrative Tasks Ensure the office is well-stocked and functioning smoothly (supplies, mail, printing, vendors, etc.) Support with internal communications and announcements Assist in planning and executing in-person and virtual events Who You Are Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail A natural helper who takes initiative and follows through Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears when needed Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with confidential information A clear communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude What You Bring13 years of administrative, office, or team support experience Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, or Google Workspace A genuine interest in learning and growing within a team environment A collaborative mindsetready to jump in wherever needed
