Job Overview: As a Retail Store Manager, youre ready to lead by example, go All IN, and rally & empower your team to give it their all in becoming the best in the world at connecting customers to their world. Responsible for all operations of a T-Mobile retail store, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, assets prevention & team leadership. Primary point of contact for employees. Job Responsibilities: Observe store employees interactions with customers, provide feedback, and conduct development, training, and coaching conversations. Assist with customer-related issues to positively impact the customers experience. Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, marketing, loss prevention, and store functions. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing new store programs. Maintain a neat, clean, organized store environment. Hire passionate store employees who are excited about building customer relationships and digital technology. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, and leadership practices. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives. Manage store productivity, control expenses, and drive financial results. Show investment in team success through performance management and recognition. Ensure store employees meet or exceed sales and success metrics.
