Celtic Property Management is excited to open Sycamore Vista Apartments, a brand-new community in Camp Verde, Arizona and we’re looking for an energetic, motivated, experienced Tax Credit Leasing Assistant Manager to help us launch this lease-up successfully!

You’ll play a key role in introducing this property to the community, generating excitement, and helping prospective residents find their new home. We need someone who can start immediately, isn’t afraid to hustle, and brings a positive attitude to the table every day.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage prospective residents, providing excellent service and tours of the community Execute creative leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy Respond quickly to leads via phone, email, and in-person walk-ins Process applications, lease agreements, and prepare move-in paperwork Assist with online listings, social media posts, and community outreach Help with resident events and support retention efforts Keep common areas and model units clean and presentable Maintain organized and accurate leasing documentation Review Tax Credit files, and recertifications Maintain tenants files in compliance Qualifications & Preferences: Strong people skills: Friendly, approachable, and professional Marketing mindset: Confident promoting the property online and in the community Detail-oriented: Organized with good follow-through Tech capable: Comfortable with email, online forms, and Microsoft Office

Experience Required: Previous leasing or customer service experience Tax Credit experience a must Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
