What We're Looking For: Dependable, focused, and efficient kitchen professionals Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen or sushi environment preferred Ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and high standards under pressure A team-first attitude and commitment to professionalism Strong prep and organization skills Food safety knowledge and clean work habits are a must Key Responsibilities:

Sushi Chefs: Prepare sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and consistency Maintain fish quality, freshness, and proper storage practices Prep daily ingredients in accordance with par levels to ensure smooth service Keep sushi station fully stocked, clean, and guest-facing ready at all times Work closely with FOH to ensure fast, accurate ticket execution Hot Line Chefs: Execute hot appetizers, grilled items, and entres with consistency and care Maintain station par levels, cleanliness, and proper labeling/storage Work multiple tickets at once while maintaining plating standards and timing Communicate clearly with kitchen and expo to support smooth service Why Join Us?
