Supply Chain Project Coordinator
The Supply Chain Project Coordinator oversees projects, manages vendors and the total customer relationship. The SCPM assists with the management of the action plan required to complete assigned projects. The SCPM also ensures the customers' needs are met through the use of internal team resources and external contractor partnerships.
Supports Sr Manager and Managers of Supply Chain in coordination and implementation of the Jefferson Northeast and Enterprise project initiatives. Works with all Sr Coordinator & Coordinators of Supply Chain at their perspective areas, to devise implementation strategy, work plans, scope definition, and scope control and provide project support (30%)
Maintains all project documentation, including but not limited to: project plan, issues list, risk register, meeting documentation, meeting notes, status reports, etc. Creates and supports project teams and workgroups, this includes but is not limited to developing project plans, training manuals, agendas, and meeting summaries. Assists in the development of mechanisms to evaluate the status of key deliverables and overall project implementation. Provides ongoing maintenance and reporting/analysis as needed. Monitors the execution of all deliverables across multiple projects. Proactivley research and source all products needed for above assigned projects. (15%)
Facilitation of team communication for all Supply Chain projects to all respective areas items are used within the hospital (5%)
Maintaining PAR Cart Locations (add/remove items, change item attributes, review PAR levels, etc.), storeroom locations (add/remove items, manage MIN/MAX Levels, update labels, etc.). Running reports to review inventory levels, out of stock items, and other key metrics used to ensure inventory is accurately reflected in the system. (10%)
Review day to day Operations with Sr. Manager and Managers to optimize efficiency within the departments (10%)
Provides data analysis and other organizational objectives (5%)
Develops and implements standardization of Items, Processes and Procedures (5%)
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson (10%)
Backs up Sr. Manager and Managers of Supply Chain when off (5%)

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Health Care Facility required.
