Superintendent Ground Multifamily Affordable Housing

The Residential Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget.
• Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors.
• Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance.
• Ensure timely project completion.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team.

The Superintendent will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the Superintendent/ Site Manager position
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in Multifamily or related projects with a track record of successful project completions
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal
• A keen eye for detail
