In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both our enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, aligning our SaaS offerings with the evolving needs of modern retail. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design and deliver scalable, high-value solutions that address complex challenges across omnichannel, supply chain, customer engagement, and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the strategic lead and subject matter expert on large, complex retail opportunities and client engagements. Partner with enterprise sales teams to drive solution alignment across multiple retail accounts and stakeholder groups. Design and present tailored solution roadmaps that align our platform capabilities with business outcomes for $1M+ deals. Lead discovery sessions and business value assessments with senior retail executives (C-suite, SVPs, etc.).
