With your understanding of business needs and passion for health and wellness, you will offer tailored and innovative solutions to each customer. What You'll Do This is a Full-Time Hourly Supervisory Position. As a Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to our customers. You\'ll oversee the daily operations of the store, including business performance, product management, and ensuring your team has the tools to succeed. In this role, you\'ll represent the GNC brand by offering expert product knowledge and promoting our "Live Well" message to customers. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring products are merchandised according to GNC standards and remain easy to see and buy. Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and the customer relationship that leads to sales and repeat business (e.g., MYGNC Rewards). Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates realize their sales potential. Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and manage performance (recruiting, hiring, coaching, and performance feedback). Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits according to GNC procedures. Engage with the community to promote the organization\'s mission and initiatives. Environmental Factors & Working Schedule Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, twisting; ability to lift up to 40 pounds (occasional) and push/pull up to 20 lbs. Climb ladders, reach and bend as needed. Work in temperatures ranging from 50–85 degrees, especially in stock rooms. Use of a computer up to 60% of the time during the day. Schedule Expectations Stores Managers are expected to work five (5) days per week (40 hours). Requirements vary by store type (mall/strip center, downtown, etc.) including some evenings and weekends as needed. Managers are expected to work major U.S. holidays when the store is open.
