Overview The Store Manager - Spirit role at Spirit Halloween oversees the total operation of a store to maximize sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. Be responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. Qualifications Prior retail management experience is required. The minimum age requirement is 21. Must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate: $21.66–$21.91 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Washington Paid Sick Time, Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program, and Retention Pay Program (subject to qualifications).
