Job Description

A leading fine jewelry and watch boutique, as the Store Manager at our flagship Bellaire location. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily store operations, coach a sales team, and uphold our exceptional service standards. You will work directly with the founder, gaining personalized mentorship and training. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company known for elegance, excellence, and deep community roots.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals while delivering a hospitality-driven, luxury client experience.
Oversee full store operations including scheduling, reporting, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and reorder processes to ensure a polished showroom presentation.
Provide product knowledge training and hands-on coaching to elevate staff expertise and client engagement.
Cultivate and manage VIP client relationships with professionalism and discretion, collaborating on marketing events, social media, and client outreach initiatives.
Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategic improvements to drive sales growth and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury, or fashion
Strong background in jewelry or watches preferred, GIA certification a plus
Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Professional demeanor with deep knowledge of luxury retail standards
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and events

The base pay range for this position is $55,000–$75,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
