Our client, a men's and women's apparel brand, is searching for a Store Manager to join their team in Leesburg, VA!

Responsibilities : Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer service Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations
Qualifications : Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within a retail context. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary : $70,000-72,000
