On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Unit Description
Providing hospitality services since 2012, Delaware North provides hospitality services at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport one of the world's busiest airports. Delaware North serves up travelers' local favorites such as Grindhouse Killer Burgers, and national brands including Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
Responsibilities Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Manage labor and profit loss Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Experience working in a restaurant required Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred Must be able to implement rules and direct employees A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment No college degree required Physical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
