As a full-time Barista, your role will involve preparing delicious specialty drinks, assisting with food preparation, and taking orders—all while ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently operate a register/POS and manage cash and credit transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers while anticipating their needs. Craft and serve a range of coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards. Prepare and serve food items in line with company standards. Accurately balance the cash drawer and prepare deposits following company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines for all products. Set up and breakdown the coffee bar and stations, including thorough cleaning and sanitization. Stock beverage coolers and service ware, ensuring everything is ready for service. Contribute to a positive team environment by fulfilling additional duties as assigned by management. This position requires physical capability for lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods. Please note that uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required. Qualifications: Previous customer service and cash handling experience is preferred. Experience as a barista is a plus. Basic math and counting skills are necessary. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must comply with the assigned dress code. Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to follow recipes accurately.
